This delicate, complex beer is a mixed-culture barrel-aged golden sour that has aged for 12 months in neutral oak barrels with our house culture, then refermented on raspberriess, blackberries, and strawberries to add some fruity complexity.
Plus, check out Batch 340, our anniversary IPA brewed in collaboration with Epiphany Craft Malt House here in Durham. We utilzed Epiphany Pilsner and Munich malts, plus new malted rice from Arkansas State University, and amped it up with Citra, Amarillo, and Ekuanot hops for a big hop-forward west coast IPA with some tropical fruit notes.
