On Thursday, January 29th, starting at 3pm, we will feature FIVE rare Imperial Stouts from this St Louis brewery.
This is your chance to try a flight or a glass of some of the darkest stouts that will ever hit your lips.
On tap, we will be serving:
-Coffee Abraxas (2025) - Imperial Stout brewed with Ancho Chiles, Cacao Nibs, and Cinnamon Sticks with Coffee Beans. 10% ABV
-Société Du Chêne 2025 Members Blend - Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with congo vanilla beans, 30 months in Heaven Hill rye barrels. 13.2% ABV
And from the bottle in 5oz pours or as part of a flight of four:
-Thrill of the Chase - A small batch barrel aged stout made with Pursuit Spirits out of Louisville. Aged 24 months in Pursuit whiskey barrels this beer has massive aroma notes of espresso and fruity figs finishing with notes of fudge and marshmallow. 13% ABV
-Barrel-Aged Vietnamese Abraxas (2025) - Barrel-aged imperial stout with ancho chilis, cacao nibs, Saigon cinnamon, Indonesian vanilla beans and Vietnamese coffee. 14.1% ABV
-O'Doyle Rules! - A barrel-aged imperial stout with bananas, cacao nibs and vanilla beans. Aged 33 months in Old Fitzgerald and Weller Bourbon barrels. 13.2% ABV
